Below are some helpful resources while you are pregnant or have a new baby. These resources are all serving Orange County.

First is some reading that I very highly recomend:

***Ina May’s Guid to Natural Child Birth, by Ina May - This book is very informative and inspiring, I require all my clients to read it.
The Nursing Mother’s Companion to Breastfeeding, by Kathleen Huggins - This book prepares a mother for breast-feeding very well and it answers all those breast-feeding questions.
The Vaccine Book
, by Robert W. Sears, M.D., F.A.A.P. - I have found this to be mostly unbiased on vaccine information. It is very helpful to parents that want to make their own informed decision. It is definitely not one size fits all.
